Here are some cute Thanksgiving pics we hope you enjoy. Unfortunately, our trip to Missouri was filled with sickness and, though we had a great time seeing everyone, we really had to fight off major colds the entire time.
The visit began with yet another trip to the urgent care clinic when we arrived in Fenton because we feared Anna had an ear infection (she didn't, just major congestion which caused her to hold her head and ears at some points). I was horribly sick with a cold on Thanksgiving and then Mike got it the weekend following, even missing work on the Monday after.
Everyone says that kids are constantly sick, but I never realized the extent of it until the last few months. This is nuts!!
Anna did a great job on Thanksgiving, sitting through most of our lovely meal with my mom (in a big girl high chair - a first) and that night at dinner with Grandpa and Great Grandma Thurman. She had a blast playing with Grandma and Grandpa Roth and Aunt Meagan and Aunt Pam. We got a much needed reprieve when Grandma and Grandpa Roth babysat for us on Saturday night so we could go watch the Mizzou/Kansas game. It was a lot of fun and Mizzou WON, which made it even better. (We're still in denial that Oklahoma got the best of us last weekend)
