Why I love garage sales

I think I've mentioned before that I've got a thing for these German hurricanes (is that what you call them? I'm having a moment and I can't remember).

Anyway, I found this huge one for $8 at a garage sale today. It's in need of quite a bit of TLC, but that's okay. Some glue will solve most of the issues and everything around here stands a good chance of being damaged anyway.

I have it sitting on top of the fridge because ... Um... Well, storage for something this tall will take some creative thinking.
