IT Dept here: When making post, save as draft if not ready to publish. When ready to post, before hitting "publish", hit post options. In post options, you can change the date/time. This allows you to move the order of posts around if you want. Or, have posts automatically publish days after you've drafted them. (secret of making it look like you're posting every day, when really you drafted 5 in one sitting.) yippee. ; )
