Moments like this make me wish I was a far better photographer than I am. This morning, as Iwas coming up the stairs, I saw through the window this cardinal. The pop of it's red feathers against the snow is a pretty awesome sight.
We're lucky to have lots of cardinals around here. Several times I've seen large groups of them (maybe 5- 10), sitting together on the branches in our neighbor's yard. How I wish I could have captured that image, but I'm never quick enough.
