It feels like yesterday, but I guess it was two weeks ago now, that we were in St. Louis for Pam and Earnie's wedding. Anna had been so looking forward to being the flower girl and our practicing in the backyard with leaves and a bucket ensured she was ready for her role.
The weather report stated all week that it would be raining on Saturday and everyone was biting their nails, wondering whether the big tent would need to go up. The wedding was at Bee Tree Park, a really pretty little park in south St. Louis, not far from the house where Mike and Pam and Meagan lived when they were young.
Fortunately, the weather held out and it was beautiful on Saturday afternoon. Gorgeous leaves made for a perfect backdrop. The ceremony was officiated by a dear friend of Pam's and everything went beautifully. Anna did a terrific job with her flower girl role, even managing to drop a few petals along the way!

We put out some snacks for the bridal party so they could munch a little while they waited for pictures to be taken prior to the ceremony. Anna twirled around and played with Noah, the ringbearer, while she waited.

Down the aisle, we go!

Love you, Aunt Pam!

From left to right, Grandma Betty, Meagan, Pam, Joyce, Mike Sr. and Mike Jr.

Everybody say cheese!

Meagan was a supportive and wonderful maid of honor. And she gave an awesome speech at the reception :-)
